Not everyone becomes an athlete—yet sports shape strong bodies.

Not everyone becomes a musician—yet music shapes strong minds.

Music supports the formation of new neural connections, enhancing focus, memory, and coordination. At My Tender Voice, we place musicianship at the center of everything we do—cultivating musical understanding, expressive ability, and lifelong cognitive benefits for learners of all ages.

Music education is not only about performance or technical skill. Much like sports develop physical strength, coordination, and discipline regardless of professional outcome, music strengthens the mind, emotional awareness, and creative thinking. Our programs support both personal growth and artistic development, whether music becomes a lifelong passion or a meaningful companion in life.

Hi, I’m irina, and it’s so nice to meet you!

I am the founder and lead educator at My Tender Voice. With over 13 years of teaching experience, I bring a personalized, flexible approach that adapts to each student’s goals, age, and learning style. I work with music-interested individuals of all ages, from young beginners to adults, nurturing musicianship in a thoughtful, engaging, and supportive way.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education from North Kazakhstan State University and teach in both English and Russian.

People have an open and receptive capacity for learning, and being introduced to music at any stage of life can be deeply transformative. My intention is to plant a seed of curiosity and connection, revealing the rich world of sound, emotion, and expression—one that not only builds a strong musical foundation for those who pursue music seriously, but also supports personal growth, confidence, and emotional depth in everyday life.

Philosophy of Group Music Education for Children

Early childhood education is at the heart of what we do. We believe it is essential for healthy development and should be supported within communities worldwide. Many children today have limited exposure to music—especially high-quality music—and grow up without hearing adults sing. Our mission is to give every child the opportunity to explore themselves through music, as it plays a vital role in emotional growth, brain and cognitive development.

But does this mean every child must become a musician?

Of course not—just as not every child who plays sports becomes a professional athlete. Yet a lack of physical activity would clearly impact a child’s development. The same is true for music.

Even without public performance, early musical experiences strengthen memory, focus, creativity, emotional intelligence, and self-expression. Music supports joy, confidence, and inner balance—skills that benefit children throughout their lives.

At My Tender Voice, we believe every child deserves this opportunity: to grow through music, discover their voice, and express their tender, unique self.

Our Vision

Our work is inspired by Zoltán Kodály’s philosophy, which emphasizes early, meaningful music education grounded in quality and accessibility.

Guiding principles of our instruction:

1. Balance between structure and spontaneity

2. Musical, intellectual, physical, and emotional development

3. Singing as the foundation of musical learning

4. Beginning from a young age

5. High-quality music of genuine artistic value

6. Developing musical sensitivity in every student

7. Flexibility in teaching and learning paths

Music education can be deeply transformative—enriching lives and nurturing a lifelong connection to music.
